Further, Syntaxia Technologies makes no representations or warranties as to the truth, accuracy
or completeness of any statements, information or materials concerning the Software that
is contained in Syntaxia.com or VisualSidekick.com websites or in the Visual Sidekick help file
documentation. In no event will Syntaxia Technologies
be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages however they may
arise and even if Syntaxia Technologies has been previously advised of the possibility of such

Users may download and execute the Software completely at their own risk. Syntaxia Technologies
